The Stunning North 20 Days Tour

Pakistan’s northern region is known for its stunning mountains and charming valleys. This trip is a mix of thrilling drives and rich cultural experiences. We start in Islamabad and visit Taxila to see ancient Buddhist ruins.

Next, we drive through the scenic Naran Valley to Gilgit, the main town of Gilgit-Baltistan. In Hunza, the friendly locals and beautiful Baltit Fort make for a memorable stay. The walk along the Barbar irrigation channel offers amazing views of the Karakoram Mountains.

We’ll also visit Attabad Lake with its striking blue color, the Gulmit Valley surrounded by mountains and glaciers, and the beautiful Phander Valley and Lake. Crossing the Shandur Pass, the world’s highest polo ground, we reach Mastuj and then Chitral.

Chitral is home to the unique Kailash Valley, where about 3,500 people live in three beautiful valleys with distinct traditions and festivals. Finally, we explore Swat and Peshawar before returning to Islamabad to end our journey.

Itinerary

Day 1 Pakistan Arrival - Islamabad

Arrive in Islamabad and check into your hotel. Take a half-day tour of the city and stay overnight.

Day 2Islamabad-Naran

Day 3Naran-Fairy Meadows

Drive to Raikot Bridge via Babusar Pass. From there, switch to jeeps for a ride to Tato Village. Hike for about 3 hours to reach Fairy Meadows.

  • Babusar Pass: A high mountain pass with breathtaking views

Day-4Fairy Meadows

Today, you can explore the fairytale meadow or hike towards Nanga-Parbat base camp if the snow is light. If you prefer, just relax at the meadow and enjoy the view of the ninth highest peak. You’ll stay overnight as before.

Day-5Fairy Meadows- Astore

Fairy Meadows in Astore is a stunning, peaceful area at the base of Nanga Parbat. It features lush green meadows, snowy peaks, and beautiful views, making it ideal for trekking and camping.

Day-6Astore-Deosai Plateau-Skardu

Drive to Karimabad Hunza, following the Indus and Hunza Rivers.

Using drugs or intoxication of any kind is strictly prohibited. If anyone is caught using any kind of substance on buses or
during trip will be expelled from the trip on the spot. That person will not be eligible for any kind of refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by them.
• In such a case the registered participants will receive full refund.
• On adventure trip of this type, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond the control of
organizers can result in a change of itinerary.
• It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the Leader of the
group and Guide will decide what the best alternative is, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group
• Smoking in the transport is strictly prohibited.
• Participants must hold a valid Computerized CNIC/Passport Card.
• Time management / punctuality is strictly recommended.
• Participants are advised to use Non-Slippery Shoes/Boot/Joggers/DMS. Participants must NOT wear Heel/Dress Shoes.
• On steep ascends in mountainous areas, air conditioned of the buses will be operational on on-off basis to keep the vehicles
from overheating.
